The recommendation for those who fancy living in a Villa kind of set-up is of course to move into a Gated Villa Community. The primary reason for this recommendation is the Power (Electricity) Situation in Gurgaon and most of the Stand Alone Properties would not offer a centralized Power Back Up System, which is critical for surviving in Gurgaon. Also another reason would of course be in a more secured environment which is managed. There are very limited Gated Villa Communities in Gurgaon and some of the High Rise Apartment Communities have limited Villas also within the Community, which could be a good option to explore.

Builder Floors: Builder Floors is another category of Apartments in Gurgaon, which are Low Rise Apartments built on lots of land and would typically offer accommodation on Ground Floor, First Floor and Second Floor as three separate dwelling units. Within this category of Apartments there are Stand Alone Builder Floors and then there are Builder Floors in a Gated Community. Needless to mention that the recommendation is for the Builder Floors in a Gated Community in Gurgaon. High Rise Apartments: This of course is one of the most preferred lifestyle preferred by the Expat Community in Gurgaon. The reason is simple, these are more manageable and easy to maintain, while being in a Gated Secured Complex in Gurgaon. These typically would be a cluster of apartment buildings offering a central green area as well as power back up and other amenities of a modern lifestyle. These are definitely recommended for Expatriate Community in Gurgaon as they offer a secured environment with good quality lifestyle with minimal hassles. Some of the High Rise Apartment Buildings in Gurgaon also offer limited number of Villas built within the community, this could be one of the options to explore.
